Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

LM Tech Studio ("we", "our", "us") operates the AI Find Games mobile application ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal information.

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Data We Collect

  • Gamer profile — your genres, platforms, favorite games, mood, and preferences. Stored locally on your device only. Never uploaded to our servers.
  • Advertising data — collected by Google AdMob for Free plan users: approximate location, advertising device identifier, and in-app interactions. Used for ad personalization.
  • Crash reports and diagnostics — anonymous crash logs and performance data used to improve app stability.
  • Purchase data — managed entirely by Google Play. We do not have access to your payment information.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide and improve game recommendations
  • To display relevant ads (Free plan users only, via Google AdMob)
  • To process PRO subscriptions (via Google Play Billing)
  • To diagnose crashes and improve app performance

4. Third-Party Services

  • Google AdMob — advertising (Free plan only). See Google Privacy Policy.
  • Google Play Billing — subscription management.
  • IGDB (Internet Game Database) — game data provider.
  • Steam, Epic Games Store, GOG — game catalog data.
  • OpenCritic — game ratings data.

Game data is fetched in real time and is not stored on our servers.

5. Data Storage

Your gamer profile and preferences are stored locally on your device using Android SharedPreferences. This data never leaves your device.

We do not operate user accounts or cloud storage for personal data.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to any third party. Data may be shared with third-party services listed in Section 4 only as necessary to operate the App.

7. Children's Privacy

AI Find Games is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at the address below.

8. Your Rights

You may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. To delete your local gamer profile, go to Settings → Reset recommendations or uninstall the App.

To opt out of personalized advertising: Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using AI Find Games, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The App

AI Find Games is a game recommendation app developed by LM Tech Studio. Game data is sourced from third-party providers (IGDB, Steam, Epic Games, GOG, OpenCritic). Availability, pricing, and content may vary. AI Find Games is not affiliated with or endorsed by these platforms.

3. Free Plan and PRO Subscription

  • Free — limited daily picks, includes ads
  • PRO — unlimited picks, no ads, advanced features. Available as monthly or yearly subscription.

All subscriptions are processed by Google Play. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your PRO subscription at any time through Google Play. Your access continues until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

5. Acceptable Use

  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
  • Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Do not attempt to bypass PRO restrictions

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code of AI Find Games is the property of LM Tech Studio. Game names, logos, and artwork displayed in the App belong to their respective owners.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without any warranty. LM Tech Studio does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that game data will always be accurate or up to date.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LM Tech Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
